The ladies certainly think so, and they're determined to make him regret ever issuing the challenge! Working together, the four women set about systematically dismantling their hopelessly outnumbered opponent.

Body scissors, crushing seated pins, grapevines, face-sitting pins, trampling, headlocks and just about every other punishing hold they can think of** are unleashed on poor Michael. I mean, seriously... what could possibly go wrong for little Marek? ;-)

On one side, we have the absolutely enormous Carmen La Dean — 186 cm tall, 113 kg, powerful, impressive and impossible to overlook.

And on the other side?

Our little Marek. Just 160 cm and 58 kg.

And somehow, these two are about to spend 15 minutes in a real competitive wrestling match!

I absolutely LOVE matchups like this. The size difference alone is spectacular, and watching these two very different bodies trying to wrestle each other is quite a sight.

Marek may be considerably smaller, but this is still competitive wrestling, and he’s here to fight, not simply stand there and admire Carmen’s size.

But let’s be realistic... facing a woman who is almost TWICE your weight and towers 26 cm above you is a pretty extraordinary challenge!

Can Marek find a way to use his smaller size and movement to his advantage? Or will Carmen’s enormous physical advantage simply be too much to handle?

Honestly, I can hardly imagine finishing one of our matches without it anymore, especially when we have such a talented woman as Carmen on the mats.

Michael Ray has around 20 years of wrestling experience, so I certainly wasn’t planning to make this easy for him. ;-)

And believe me, I could SMELL it.

Oh, Michael... did you really think I was going to let that slide? ;-)

So now he has TWO women who are more than happy to give him a very memorable punishment round. And trust me, Carmen and I enjoy every second of it!

What makes this video especially wonderful is the atmosphere. We were all in such a fantastic mood, laughing, teasing each other and having an absolutely brilliant time. And I think you can REALLY feel that, especially during the final part.

**Michael only wanted a quiet strength-training session. Unfortunately for him, Carmen has other plans!**

Michael is practising his exercises alone when Carmen unexpectedly arrives, looking for a wrestling match. Michael wants absolutely nothing to do with her. He knows what happens when Carmen gets her hands on him, and all he wants is to go home.

But Carmen isn't taking no for an answer!

Carmen wastes no time getting her hands on Michael, launching straight into a brutal, one-sided wrestling match despite his protests and desperate attempts to leave. After four minutes of being thoroughly dominated, Michael finally decides to fight back, striking a deal with Carmen: **if he can make her submit just once, she must let him go home.**

Unfortunately for Michael, getting a submission from Carmen will be a lot harder than he thinks!

What follows is a thoroughly one-sided mixed wrestling demolition as Carmen takes complete control of her helpless opponent. She subjects him to crushing **heavy chest sits, punishing butt drops, powerful scissors, standing body presses and humiliating pony rides**, even making Michael carry her around. She delivers some vicious slaps across his face, lifts and carries him wherever she pleases, and generally treats him like her personal wrestling plaything.

Michael struggles, protests and taps out repeatedly, but his submissions don't earn him his freedom. The agreement was simple: he has to make **Carmen** submit, and that's never going to happen!

Just when Michael thinks his ordeal cannot possibly get any worse, Carmen brings in a surprise guest for the final five minutes — **Lara the Warrior!**

Now it's two against one, and the ladies are having a wonderful time! Michael finds himself trapped beneath face sits, double-sitting pins, crushing scissors, and a relentless succession of humiliating holds as Carmen and Lara work together to finish their thoroughly defeated opponent.

By the end, Michael is so exhausted and battered that the ladies actually have to help him walk away. But even then, Lara isn't quite finished, delivering two final knees to his stomach before his nightmare finally comes to an end.

But if you think Isa is going to look at those numbers and get intimidated... then you probably don’t know Isa very well. ;-)

She has already tested herself against bigger women before — and she has beaten two of them.

So naturally, Isa comes into this match with plenty of confidence. She’s strong, physical, maybe her best shape ever, competitive and seems to have developed the belief that she can handle pretty much anyone you put in front of her.

Well...

This time I put amazing Carmen La Dean in front of her.

At 186 cm and 113 kg, Carmen brings a completely different level of size to the mats. She has a massive 36 kg advantage over Isa, plus another 18 cm in height.

But Isa wants to WIN.

And Carmen certainly isn’t planning to give her anything for free either.

That combination gives us 15 minutes of real competitive wrestling between two strong women who both genuinely want the victory. Neither woman is there to make the other one look good, neither wants to hand over an easy point, and things get pretty wild once they start going for it.

And whoever survives those 15 minutes with the victory gets one more reward:

A punishment round for the winner.

I have to admit, I REALLY like that part too.

Lara the Warrior weighs around 70 kg, and when she steps onto the mats with Carmen La Dean, she isn't entirely convinced Carmen will be able to lift her — let alone carry her around with ease.

Carmen is more than happy to prove her wrong.

What begins as a friendly challenge quickly turns into a 12-minute showcase of Carmen's strength, as she lifts, carries and manoeuvres Lara in a variety of different positions. Piggyback carries, over-the-shoulder lifts and more unusual holds all become part of the fun as Carmen experiments with just how easily she can move her 70 kg partner around the room.

Plenty of laughter fills the room, with Lara clearly enjoying being on the receiving end of Carmen's strength. As the session continues, her initial doubts disappear and she begins to understand exactly why so many men enjoy being lifted and carried by Carmen.

That’s a 43 KG weight difference.

I’ve NEVER experienced a size difference like this in a real wrestling match before, so going into this one, I was genuinely curious to see what the hell was going to happen. :-)

And there was another little problem...

I had never seen Carmen wrestle before. Not live, not even in a video. So I really had NO idea what to expect from her.

Carmen told me she had only been wrestling for around two years, but come on... how many times have we heard someone say, “Oh, I haven’t been doing this very long,” only to discover five minutes later that they’re an absolute nightmare on the mats? ;-)

So there was no way I was going to underestimate her.

What I DID know was that trying to fight 113 kg with strength would be a spectacularly stupid strategy for my 70 kg body.

My plan had to be speed, movement and conditioning. Keep moving, don’t let Carmen comfortably use that enormous size advantage, and make my experience and cardio do the work that pure strength simply couldn’t.

Carmen and I immediately had really good chemistry. We liked each other, clicked naturally, and I think you can see that energy throughout the entire fight. We’re genuinely competing, but we’re also clearly having a great time doing it.

This match has personality.

When I was editing the footage afterwards, I actually caught myself laughing out loud several times because some of the moments between us are just hilarious. There’s real effort, a ridiculous size difference and plenty of action, but there’s also this playful chemistry that gives the whole fight a completely different energy.

Who would YOU like to see Carmen wrestle next?

Michael thinks he's arrived for the opportunity of a lifetime — a well-paid position working personally for Carmen La Dean.

At first, everything seems surprisingly professional. Carmen questions him about his suitability for the role and calmly explains what she expects from her new employee. But there is one very unusual part of the job description she has deliberately left until now:
